The MEV CommandPod™ Police is a mission-critical infotainment and enforcement control system engineered to serve as the central operational interface for the MEV Hog Police electric motorcycle. Designed for law enforcement patrol, rapid response, and pursuit operations, the system integrates vehicle intelligence, enforcement tools, emergency system controls, and real-time situational awareness into a single ruggedized interface optimized for police deployment.
At the center of the CommandPod™ Police system is a high-brightness, full-color digital display housed within a reinforced, vibration-isolated, and weather-sealed enclosure. The display is engineered to remain fully readable in direct sunlight, nighttime patrol conditions, rain, and high-vibration environments typical of urban and highway enforcement operations. The system’s optical clarity and responsiveness ensure that officers maintain continuous situational awareness without distraction.
The CommandPod™ Police continuously monitors critical vehicle performance parameters, including battery state of charge, projected patrol range, motor output, speed, thermal status, and system diagnostics. This real-time telemetry enables precise energy management and ensures the vehicle remains mission-ready throughout extended patrol shifts.
A dedicated enforcement interface integrates emergency lighting and siren control directly into the CommandPod™ system. Officers can activate emergency lighting modes, including steady, pursuit, and high-visibility strobe configurations, as well as multiple siren tones optimized for urban, highway, and emergency response conditions. These controls are accessible through both the touchscreen interface and glove-friendly handlebar-mounted physical switches, ensuring immediate response capability.
The system also supports integrated radar and pursuit monitoring functionality. Real-time speed tracking, target acquisition visualization, and enforcement telemetry can be displayed directly on the CommandPod™, enabling officers to perform speed enforcement and pursuit coordination without requiring separate external equipment interfaces.
Navigation and patrol coordination are fully integrated into the CommandPod™ Police system through GPS-based positioning and routing functionality. Officers can access patrol routes, incident locations, and return-to-station navigation directly from the interface, improving response time and operational efficiency.
The CommandPod™ Police also manages multiple vehicle operating modes tailored specifically for law enforcement use, including Patrol Mode, Pursuit Mode, Stealth Mode, and Emergency Response Mode. Each mode dynamically adjusts throttle sensitivity, torque delivery, regenerative braking behavior, and system performance parameters to match operational demands.
As part of the broader MEV police vehicle ecosystem, the CommandPod™ Police functions as the central intelligence hub of the MEV Hog Police platform. It integrates propulsion management, emergency system control, enforcement functionality, and navigation into a unified, mission-ready architecture.
